How you earn points:
100 bonus points for signing up or first order. 10 points per $1 spent (food subtotal only, before tax/tip/fees). Points auto-added for online, app, or in-store orders (via phone number)
How you redeem:
Use points for free food/discounts online, in app, or in-store. Rewards available in tiers: 250, 500, 1,000, 1,500, 2,000, 2,500, 3,000 points.
Expiration:
Points expire after 6 months Oldest points are used first when redeeming (FIFO system)
Key notes:
No points on delivery fees Loyalty account works across all channels (online + in-store unified)
